Terms of use for YojIQ.
These terms are an agreement between you and AiRedHQ, the owner of YojIQ. By installing or using the YojIQ Android app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. © 2026 AiRedHQ. All rights reserved.

Ownership
YojIQ, including its source code, object code, design, screens, layouts, workflows, calculations, text, graphics, logos and the name "YojIQ", is the property of AiRedHQ and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any part of the app to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AiRedHQ.
Your licence
AiRedHQ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as distributed through Google Play.
What you must not do
- Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the app or any part of it.
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, design or underlying logic of the app, except where applicable law expressly allows this despite this restriction.
- Build, publish or distribute a product that copies or imitates the app, its design, screens or workflows.
- Rent, sell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the app, or make it available outside Google Play.
- Remove, hide or change any copyright, trademark or other notice in the app.
- Use the name "YojIQ", the YojIQ logo or the AiRedHQ name without written permission.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Breach and enforcement
If you breach these terms, your licence ends automatically and you must stop using and delete the app.
Unauthorised copying, reverse engineering or imitation of the app infringes AiRedHQ's rights. AiRedHQ may take legal action, including seeking injunctions, damages and costs, under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any other applicable law.
Not financial advice
YojIQ is a budgeting and planning tool. Its suggestions, including emergency fund, insurance cover, premium, SIP and home-loan figures, are estimates based on the information you enter and general assumptions.
They are not financial, investment, tax, insurance or legal advice, and AiRedHQ is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or an IRDAI-licensed insurance intermediary. Check important decisions with a qualified professional, your insurer or your bank. Investments are subject to market risks.
Your data and backups
Your data is stored only on your device, as described in the YojIQ privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and backup files safe. AiRedHQ cannot recover your data or reset your PIN, because it never has access to them.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, AiRedHQ makes no warranties about its accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose, and does not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AiRedHQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, money or profit, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its figures.
Changes
AiRedHQ may update the app and these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the app.
